Exporting data
यह कंटेंट अभी तक आपकी भाषा में उपलब्ध नहीं है।
Most analytics pages have an Export CSV action so you can take the data into a spreadsheet, a BI tool, or a report.
What you can export
- Portfolio — the tracked items with their headline stats.
- Profile — daily trend history, and the profile’s posts with engagement metrics.
- Hashtag — trend history, related hashtags, regional breakdown, and posts.
- Audio — chart history and posts using the sound.
- Explore — a country’s leaderboards (hashtags, sounds, content, searches).
Exports stream directly to a file download — large exports don’t tie up the page.
Quotas and limits
CSV export is available on paid plans. Each workspace has a daily export quota (resets at midnight UTC), and post-level exports are capped at a maximum row count per file:
| Plan | Exports / day | Max rows per post export |
|---|---|---|
| Free | — | — |
| Starter | 10 | 100 |
| Professional | 50 | 100 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | 100 |
When export isn’t available on your plan you’ll see an upgrade prompt; when the daily quota is spent, the action is disabled until it resets. Your workspace role also matters: Viewers can look at analytics but can’t export — see Workspaces & team.
Tips
- Trend exports honor your plan’s history window — upgrade for a longer lookback before pulling a year-over-year report.
- Exports reflect what’s on the page, including the period or filters you selected.
