Player and transcript
The post’s video plays right on the page. When the post has spoken content, subtitles are available on the player, and a collapsible Transcript panel below it shows the full text — useful for skimming a talking-head video without watching it.
Engagement metrics
The metrics column shows the latest counts — Plays, Likes, Comments, Shares, Saves, Downloads, Reposts — plus the post’s Engagement Rate and per-metric rates (like rate, comment rate, share rate, save rate).
Where the post stands out, a Top X% chip appears next to a metric: it benchmarks this post against the same creator’s posts from the last 90 days. “Top 5%” on Plays means only one post in twenty from this creator reached more plays.
Engagement growth
A chart of how the post’s engagement accumulated over time, indexed so the first measurement equals 100 — an easy read of whether the post is still gaining or has plateaued. A snapshot table below lists the raw measurements.
Comments
Stored comments are listed with Most Liked / Most Recent sorting and load-more paging. Comments that busypipe’s AI has analyzed carry a small sentiment badge (positive / neutral / negative).
When enough comments have been analyzed, a Comment Sentiment panel summarizes the mood — the positive/neutral/negative split — and What commenters are saying breaks comments into intents: questions, buying intent, complaints, praise. On Starter and above, the same panel also shows Top mentions — the brands, products, and people named most often in this post’s comments — and the top questions and complaints verbatim, so you can see exactly what viewers asked or objected to.
Fetching fresh comments
The fetch button pulls the post’s newest comments from TikTok on demand and adds them to the stored set. Fetches are metered per workspace per day; the button shows your remaining quota and disables when it’s spent (resets daily).

Post Intelligence
The Intelligence panel scores the post on five dimensions — Hook Strength, Audience Resonance, Reach Efficiency, Format Fit, and Topic Momentum — each as a 0–100 percentile against the creator’s own recent posts. Tiles marked “Not enough data” explain which measurement is missing when clicked.

AI Insights (Analyze)
Below the Post Intelligence scores, the AI Insights card turns this post’s numbers into a plain-language read. Pick a direction and click Analyze:
- Summary — a concise overview of how the post performed and what drove the result.
- Why it performed — a focused explanation of the specific signals that pushed this post above or below the creator’s usual baseline.
- Do it again — concrete takeaways for recreating the conditions that made this post work (or for avoiding what didn’t).
- What viewers want — a read of the audience’s reaction based on comments, sentiment, and engagement patterns.
Switching between directions is free. Each time you click Analyze or Re-analyze it spends one credit from your monthly Analyze pool — the same pool used by hashtag insights, audio insights, and portfolio Analyze. Credits reset on the 1st of each month; your plan sets how many you receive. Free plans see an upgrade prompt in place of the card.
The AI only reports what the post’s data supports. For posts with little activity — few comments, no sentiment reading yet, or limited engagement history — one or more directions may show a Not enough signal yet notice rather than a generated read.

On any post’s detail page, the Similar posts panel surfaces other posts with comparable hooks and themes from across the profiles we track — a fast way to see who else is doing something similar and to discover new accounts worth following. Available on Starter and above.
Tips
- The Top X% chips compare within one creator — don’t use them to compare two different creators; use the portfolio scoreboard for that.
- Fetching comments right after a post goes viral gives the sentiment panel more to work with.
