Every tracked creator (and many discovered ones) has a profile page: header stats, historical trend charts, the creator’s posts, and Creator Insights.

Trend charts

Follower count and engagement over time, drawn from busypipe’s periodic measurements. The visible range is capped by your plan’s history window (30 days on Free, 90 on Starter, 365 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise).

Posts

The creator’s collected posts, newest first, each linking to its post page with full metrics, comments, and intelligence.

Creator Insights

The summary band — visible on every plan — answers three quick questions: how often does this creator post (posts/week), how engaged is their audience (average ER), and what was their best recent post.

The deep dive (Starter and above) goes further over the last 90 days:

  • Posting cadence — weekly histogram, share of active weeks, average gap between posts, and whether the creator is ramping up or slowing down.
  • Engagement quality — weekly ER trend with median / best / worst posts.
  • Top posts — by plays or by ER, with Breakout badges on posts that did at least 3× the creator’s median plays.
  • Best time & format — a posting heatmap (when this creator’s posts land best), their format mix, and most-used hashtags and sounds.

With only a handful of posts in the window, busypipe hides distribution views and says so rather than showing statistics that would mislead. Full definitions: Scores & Methodology.

On the profile page, click Analyze to turn this data into a plain-language read — pick an angle (what’s working, how to improve, what changed, or a full read) and get a short written summary, using the same monthly analyze credits as hashtag, audio, and portfolio insights.

Audience

The Audience section shows what a creator’s commenters are saying, rolled up across their recent posts:

  • Sentiment mix — the share of positive, neutral, and negative comments, and how that balance shifts week to week. Available on every plan.
  • What commenters are saying — the balance of questions, buying intent, complaints, and praise. (Starter and above.)
  • Top mentions — the brands, products, and people named most often in the comments. (Starter and above.)
  • Demand trend — how buying-intent and question comments rise or fall week to week. (Starter and above.)
  • Top questions & complaints — the most-liked questions and complaints, verbatim. (Starter and above.)
  • Audience Resonance — a 0–100 score of how strongly the audience engages, and its trend over time. (Starter and above.)

Percentages appear once there are enough analysed comments to be meaningful; below that, you’ll see raw counts with a “low sample” note. Uses the same date range as the rest of the page.

Tips

  • Track a profile into a portfolio to include it in the scoreboard, dashboard pulse, and CSV exports.
  • The heatmap uses the creator’s regional timezone when it’s unambiguous — it tells you when their audience is active, not yours.
